Life on the property
What makes this place special starts the moment you step outside.

A barn, a chicken coop, and established raised-bed gardens mean you can grow your own and keep a few hens from day one. Beyond the fence line, open pasture and farmland roll out toward the horizon — the kind of setting that stays quiet and stays yours.

Picture windows on the main level and a walk-out lower level both look out over the rolling valley — so the view follows you from the living room to the family room downstairs. Sunrise coffee, sunset porch light, and wide-open sky in between.

String-lit garden terraces, an open patio, and a firepit turn the backyard into the best room in the house once the weather warms. There's space for a long table, a grill, and a summer's worth of evenings outside.

The details
Where it is
4137 Crooked Run Road NW sits just outside New Philadelphia in Tuscarawas County — rural enough for real privacy and a night sky, close enough that groceries, schools, and I-77 are a short drive away. It's the northeast-Ohio countryside at its best: farmland, back roads, and room to spread out.

A note from us
This place has been so good to us. We've watched the sun set over the valley, grown more tomatoes than we knew what to do with, kept a few hens, and filled these rooms with the happy noise of a busy household.
Saying goodbye isn't easy — but we can't wait for another family to make their own memories here, on this little piece of Ohio we've loved so much. Whoever you are: welcome home.
— With love, the Beachy Family
